The Mayfair Restaurant is a casual attire moderately
priced restaurant and clubhouse. Breakfast prices from $3.50-$7.50,
Lunch $5.00-9.00, and dinner $8.50-$17.00.
The restaurant is located on the Royal Canadian Golf Course, in beautiful Canadian Lakes, Michigan. The Mayfair is private, for use by Canadian Lakes Property Owners and their guests. The Mayfair has a beautiful 90 seat dining room, adjoined by newly remodeled 100 seat Patio room, that overlooks the breathtaking 18th green, with pond and fountain.
The restaurant isoperated by UCRAN Management Services Inc., a professional foodservice management company, providing exclusive Food and Beverage operations to Canadian Lakes since 2006. UCRAN is currently providing quality dining, while working to increase member support, along with promoting Country Club Community.
The Mayfair Restaurant is very proud of their Chef, Eric Scheiller, as his experience and culinary talents add taste and value to the Mayfair Restaurant. Eric has worked at some of the finest resorts, and hotels in the country, and his Chefs Certification Le Cordon Bleu.
The Mayfair also has a fantastic front of the house team. It stars manager Sandy Coy, Judy Disler, Patty Theek, Shasta Crabb, and Ken Passiak.All of whom bring professional experience and care to Canadian Lakes.
The Mayfair is also very to have, Golf Director and Head Professional Dennis Wolfe, who's commitment to customer satisfaction is impressive.
Mayfair Catering was developed by Jim Crank in 2006. Jim has brought 30 years experience Catering and Foodservice Management, and creativity to Canadian Lakes. Mayfair Catering has delivered some of the most elegant Weddings, at the fantastic Castle of Canadian Lakes. (See Wedding Video).
